Kathy Mirano, the founder and chef of Tambayan and Runner’s Sweets and treats has worked at the Reading Terminal Market over the last 21 years. Her deep experience working at the Reading Terminal Market and her exceptional customer service brings back patrons again and again. Kathy’s love for people, fantastic traditional Filipino recipes and progressive career at the Reading Terminal Market is what keeps her going day in and day out.

Kathy’s grandmother inspired recipes are baked in authentic Filipino traditions. This coupled with a passion to share her heart-warming traditions are the key reasons Tambayan was absolutely necessary for the City of Brotherly love. Salamat Po!
